 Ryzer Alerts:

  • Our notification system that connects athletes with relevant events, and maximizes the exposure of your events.
  • Parents/guardians create a customizable profile for each kid

It will tailor notifications to their preferences based on how they set up their profile.

Ability for registrants to create user accounts to save registrant data and billing information

  • Ryzer alerts will send out emails/text(s) to athlete/parent when an event match is found. Allowing them to register for your event or save the email notice to register later.
  • Sends automated event reminders for events of interest – days prior to the registration cutoff and/or when an event is close to selling out.


Ryzer Protect

  • Ensuring participant safety and event organizer risk mitigation in the events management system.
  • Create a customized Pre-Screening questionnaire to distribute via email before your event start date.
  • Collect responses and review submissions from the event management system
  • Send out reminders through email/text
  • Collect Medication info through predefined questions in the registration flow
  • Receive alerts and notification in Ryzer Go for participants whose medication cannot be self-administered.
  • Flag participants to draw awareness to their registration

Ryzer Go Check In:

  • Check in/out the participants at your event via your phone or a tablet.
  • Allows you to quickly gain all pertinent information on the camper. Ex, waivers, shirt size, photo release, etc.
  • Time stamped for security/liability
  • Allows multiple check ins for different points. Ex, morning, lunch, dorm, etc.
  • Can be done on any device that has IOS or Android (iPhone, Samsung, tablet)
  • Designed to simplify your check in processes throughout the event
  • QR code scanning is also an option if your program chooses to utilize it

  • Ryzer Mindset includes an athletic mindset assessment called the Troutwine Athletic Profile (TAP) along with multiple reports. Athlete’s and their parents receive a report to help them see their strengths and weaknesses so they can work to improve their mental game.
  • Ability to nominate potential recruits to take the TAP or invite your existing team to take the TAP and view multiple reports to aid in the recruitment and/or coaching process.
  • We provide a Recruitment and Interactions Report that is tailored towards prospective athletes that includes different Recruiting Indicators, Hot Button Topics, guidance on how to create a positive recruiting visit, and compatibility pairing to those already on the team.
  • The Coaching Report provides Coaching and Mindset Indicators, a full trait analysis highlighting how athletes scored on the 13 Mindset traits among other things to assist in effective coaching.
  • The Evaluation Report gives an overall view of how the athlete did on the TAP and what goes into the Traffic Light grade.
